Syracuse University, Syracuse NY AIA Central NY Design Award Winner

This 90,000 sq. ft. central campus building consolidates in one location university art programs in visual communications, art media studios, and studio arts (drawing and painting), along with related administrative functions, gallery/exhibition spaces, and two auditorium/lecture rooms.

The building's highly visible corner rotunda intensifies these campus-wide intentions, and gives to the arts a durable landmark. Adjacent ground level gallery spaces and sculpture courts, visible from major campus pedestrian ways, further integrate the presence of the arts into the life of the campus.
