Construction of our new Utica office is finally underway! The first efforts will concentrate on selective demolition and abatement measures at the existing two-story structure located in downtown Utica. Kershaw-Zalewski/Artisan Builders and stakeholder will be providing construction management services on the project.

Bonacci Architects pllc was recognized for their "Green Building" design efforts in the February/March 2010 edition of CNY Business Exchange publication. Bonacci Architects provided architectural design for the new SRC corporate headquarters (120,000gsf) located in North Syracuse. The new building received LEED Silver Certification by the US Green Building Council.

David J. Bonacci, AIA, has been asked to be one of three judges for the 2010 American Concrete Institute (CNY Chapter) Masonry Design and Installation Awards.
