The new 10,000 sq. ft. building was designed for the Brian A. Gaetano Co. as a local office for Smith Barney Financial Services group and additional future tenant space. The soft curved colonnade leading to a barrel vault sky lighted common foyer evokes a sophisticated business environment for the building occupants. This is one of several building designed by the firm in the business park.

The building design continues an octagonal clerestory entry identification element established by our firm, in an earlier branch design for the bank. The building in this project begins to take on a civic presence similar to public sculpture typically found in village greenscapes. Having outgrown their multiple level existing building, Strategic Financial Services purchased the former State Farm Claims Center. Bonacci Architects worked as part of a design team which completely reconfigured the generic looking spaces with functional, warm and inviting spaces for this growing firm. Completed during the fall of 2004, this 4,100 square foot full service bank facility provides a focal point for the entrance of Consumer Square Shopping Center. The exterior is styled to blend with the overall look of the center. The building establishes its own identity with the expansive arched window system as viewed when entering the mall.
