This 90,000 sq. ft. central campus building consolidates in one location university art programs in visual communications, art media studios, and studio arts (drawing and painting), along with related administrative functions, gallery/exhibition spaces, and two auditorium/lecture rooms.
The Tower Residence Hall is the first dormitory designed for the college that features cluster style living. A suite of rooms that accommodates up to 4 students includes shared in-suite bathrooms, plus, small kitchenettes and lounges are offered in common areas.
A bell that was donated by an alumnus of the college inspired the design of the Bell Tower Residence Hall. The incorporation of the bell and coordination of design to compliment the Tower Residence Hall were accomplished including the cluster style living quarters for students.
The original Strebel Student Center Lounge had not been renovated in over 25 years. Bonacci Architects was commissioned to update the entire look and functionality of the space to better accommodate the college in meeting the needs of today's students. The firm recognized the colleges' long standing tradition of displaying national flags of their enrolled students and designed a more engaging system to display the flags. The flag display system elevates the colorful flags to "artwork" status
