The gently sloping site with its gently curving street provides a revealing sequential view from the southwest that is reflected in the geometry and orientation of the 24,000 SF building.

The custom building was programmed, designed and constructed using a fast=track process and accomplished in approximately 6 1/2 months from beginning to occupancy. The project was executed on time, on budget and to the satisfaction of all parties involved without sacrificing quality or the basic concepts on which the building was designed.
