We were thrilled to be involved with the adaptive re-use of the former Hurd Shoe Building for JETNET. Inspired by the new owners' (Vincent & Tony Esposito) enthusiastic desire to save the turn of the century building, we worked to develop a mixed-use loft style building which would house their international company, as well as, create two residential lofts for each brother. Working closely with local and state building code officials, we were successful in developing open office and living space while preserving and articulating the wonderful timber framed structure
